SAFPS DOESNT DO THEIR JOB

I have lodged complains too many times but still no help. I’m no absa client but I was listed on SAFPS with no investigations done by absa. Everytime I call SAFPS they say absa should help me. Absa says there is no such thing as I am not their client they don’t know where this mess is coming from. My cards are on hold I have no access to my money due to this matter. I can’t pay my workers nothing!!
