SAFPS CLARIFY WHY I AM LISTED

IF SAFPS could kindly respond to my emails would gladly appreciate as my life is on hold without clarity to my case,only learnt from FNB that i am listed on SAFPS through Nedbank,contacted SAFPS through the number provided by FNB with reference,SAFPS directed me to Nedbank,Nedbank gave me email address to contact SAFPS but up to now there is no response,my FNB account is frozen cant access my account,please SAFPS please respond to my emails so i can get clarity as well as clearance letter because i can't continue life like this....
