Removal of my name on the SAFPS database

I was listed on the South African ***** Prevention Service by African Bank. I called and emailed SAFPS enquiring about the matter in question. We wish to advise that you were listed for ***** on the SAFPS database with a reference number: SH**********1 on 04th of June 2021 our member African Bank for Forged documents. I have opened 2 cases but up till now I never received any feedback from SAPS. This is really affecting my wellbeing as am suffering from depression because of this matter.

I am not aware of this loan application that took place so I have been pleading with African Bank to remove my name from the listing, I ended up not using that Standard Bank account as I was hacked ,who ever used my credentials to apply for the loan damaged my image. I never received a cent from African Bank. Last month I tried opening a savings account in one of the big banks but I couldn't proceed because of this listing on SAFPS. I have been in contact with SAFPS but was advised to contact African Bank

I am pleading with you to assist me in clearing my ID number on the SAFPS
