Prematurely SAFPS Listing without concrete evidence

On 2023-06-29 I received the following email. Your particulars were recently reported to the SAFPS. According to our information, you app**** for goods or services or conducted financial transactions with our Member First National Bank . The information you provided in your application or transaction may have contained inaccuracies, triggering the report to the SAFPS. This matter has been closed in the court of law and there is no wrongdoing from my end. My name should be removed from their database as it was prematurely added without finilization of the case with FNB. Reference number: SH***9
