Pathetic services and to many *********** people from the safps

From the 27th off August I was trying to unblock my account of which was on hold for the last 10years, I've had to run around to the police station,up and down to the bank make multiple calls without being reimbursed also all my time was wasted today I was deck I spoke to Phumla from SAFPS and she was supposed to provide me with a letter however rushing to go home she resent an old one of which today was a wasted trip. I have all the recording and I feel she's *********** to do a simple task assigned to her. Prior to that apparently there wasn't anyone else who could assist me so if she dies tomorrow then what? I learn my lesson with FNB and wouldn't advice anyone to associate themselves with them some of the opeple that work there are amazing and some people should just be fired cause they have no idea on what their doing and all this took place at FNB bluff hillside mall.
