NOT HAPPY

I am not happy with the way my name is being dragged due the lack of investigations done. FNB listed me on SAFPS and I wasn't aware until I visited my banks (ABSA and CAPITEC), I do not have any affiliations with FNB and have submitted my documents requested to resolve this issue. Why am I being told that this record will not be removed when I had nothing to do with whatever is going on, I will seek legal action because, there was no way I am letting this go, what did I do to deserve this? My financial status is being affected my name as well when I apply for a Job. Please remove this record!!!!!
