Need assistance with safps listing of 10 years

I was listed by nedbank on the safps database on September 2009, and I have been battling to get credit and open a person bank account. I have read that they keep your records on the system for 10 years and i have completed my 10 years but iam not sure about where to go from now to find out if have been removed. HelloPeter may you please kindly assist as this is badly affecting me and my business.
