My hard earn money is on hold .

i was recently listed on Safps database. Then they froze the FNB bank account which i got the salary on it .

Then while my salary is on the account ,and that money is frezzed ,my money is been deducted for monthly bank fees and the order debts .And a day after deduction of the money the erase the prove proof from my bank history on.the app .But am fortunately i had already screenshot that history because i had doubt about how can my money been deducted while my account has been frezzed .

what i want to know is that ,can my money been deducted while my account is frezzed .
