Listing without my knowledge

I was listed on the SAFPS without my knowledge and tried to call them. I was referred back to African Bank , who’s been sending me from pillar to post. The loan was settled. Can they show me the supporting documents that they’re are saying I submitted? My life is stuck , can’t even get a job, better school for my son and a roof over my head
