LISTED WITHOUT BEING INFORMED OR EVIDENCE

I wanted to take a cellphone contract this week but i was told that my ID is listed with you, no one cared to informed me or to answer my emails, calls etc to help me get to the bottom of this. How will i know which business or person committed that ***** under or using my personal information.
