Excellent Customer Service from SAFPS

I just opened up a bank account and was advised my account was on hold due to me being listed by the SAFPS and without the PR number it would not be resolved. I called and spoke to agent Phumzile Kondile, who was absolutely consistent and professional with her assistance and her manner toward me this morning, I truly appreciate such people. Keep up the good work. Even sent an email to her manager Lynette S to let her know that her staff was super professional.
