Account on hold by Nedbank

Have been listed unfairly I'm a victim and been sending correspondence the whole time to them but they don't reply at all. My life has been on hold because of this. Nedbank reported me while when I’m trying to call they don’t tell me what it wrong 😑 please remove my name in your list Reference ***
