Unprofessional service

I have engaged with Safire representative past few weeks needing assistance with court bond. I was left unattended and ignored after my last correspondence with them. I find it a bit unprofessional and discourteous. The least they could have done could have been to reply even if it was not in my favour. The non response leaves you hanging,not knowing if they are atleast considering you or just lost interest.
