SAFIRE INSURANCE

I have had two separate claim with Safire insurance trough our insurance broker. One for motor vehicle accident where I struggled with claim and had to do the insurance's job and a second for theft out of my vehicle via remote jamming.

First claim a third party drove his motorcycle into a car next to mine and collided against my bakkie. He was not insured nor had a license. Despite providing all information at hand insurance refuses and neglects to claim damages from him. To date the adverse information still reflects on my profile. On second claim I personally attended to obtain video footage and all information requested of me. The claim was dismissed, despite video footage, as they are of the opinion that I did not lock my vehicle and the footage is not sufficient.

I would STRONGLY recommend staying well clear of this insurance company as the service is atrocious and it is easier to dismiss claim than to assist clients.
