SAFIRE are useless and slow!

We have had two claims over the past 6 months. The first one they paid not even half of the quote, there was no authorization. They just paid. The claim right now they are declining because of a clause they have recently added. We were never told about the change or given anything to sign. It is an all risk item that we pay a lot of money each month for. SAFIRE is useless and slow. We will definitely be changing insurance companies and not recommend SAFIRE! They will find any excuse NOT to pay you.
