Stay away from Safire insurance, The brokers and all their staff do not explain to Customers that they require a alarm to be instlled when you start paying your premiums but when you are ****** ****** all of a sudden you are required to have a alam and a security company that monitors the alarm,but no one ever mentioned or noted it on my policy, no one even informed me that it is a requirement ,what is the use of the brokers if they dont explain this to customer's until they get ****** ****** no one ever contacted me asking which sastria approved security company we will be using to monitor our security system Nor did they came to inspect or anything,so how the hell are a customer supose to no these requirments, they just refuse to pay out and not willing to accept they made a mistake by not informing us properly,nor insurance or broker willing to rectify their mistake by forcing us to sign documents that was not properly explained to us,20 years and no alarm was needed now we had a break in and half our property ****** **,now they come up with this nonsense Unacceptable, think this is a case that needs to go to a court Safire Indurance Must investigete The reasons why the alarm specifications was never explained to me by the broker or any one of Safire emoloyees,according to me the broker needs make sure that the client understand all requirments and fine print in the policy,I cannot be held responsible for a lack of communication and a proper explanation by the broker I did not agree to these terms ,why would one agree and never get the alarm installed for more than a year. I trusted my broker with my Property to be properly insured ,that are now ************ and my claim rejected due to bad communication
