NEVER INSURE WITH SAFIRE INSURANCE - THEY CANCEL YOUR POLICY AND YOU CAN NEVER GET INSURANCE AGAIN

Our Business changed to SAFIRE Insurance 4 years ago. Our business is 54 years old. We have been insured for 54 years. SAFIRE did their annual inspection for the review. They notified us of some minor maintenance issues which we rectified straight away. They proceeded to cancel our policy. Due to them cancelling our policy we have declared this to every other insurer in South Africa and no other insurer in South Africa will insure us. This has put enormous risk on our business. We should never had made the change to SAFIRE but they offered us better rates. I do not recommend that any person or business takes the insurance out with this company as if they decide that your company does not fit their profile of clients anymore then you are forever at risk as you will not be able to get insurance again. SAFIRE should lose their license to trade as they are not preventing risk but creating risk for their clients.
