Claim Rejection

<p>I had storm Damage in July 2016 , where high winds and heavy rain shifted my tiles and the roof leaked</p> <p>Its taken over 6 months to get a response from them , they claim that its wear and tear and a maintenance</p> <p>issue , on a house that is only 12 years old , amazingly that could be determined by an assessor who finally arrived after 4 months and did not even climb on the roof or get into the ceiling , and after we had done some repairs to the roof.</p> <p>Thats amazing service for you , that they could tell all this after 4 months , These guys should not be wasting there time as loss adjusters , they should be professors.</p>
