Claim not done

On the 23/01/19 I reported theft of Camer system that was ****** from my vehicle while doing shopping at n local supermarket in town. Claim form was submitted with affidavit, case file nimber and qoute for new equipment. Assessor qas send to me on the 6/02/19. Photos and report was taken and done. I have reqeusted on numoures time form tje assessor and SAFire for feedback but with no results. SAGire says no report was received from assessor ans assessor says report was submitted to SAFire. Today it is the 27/02/19 and still no feedback from SAFire and i am loosing R1000 per weekend due to bookings that can not be met and have to send clients to other photographers. I am thinking of leaving SAFire and go to other insurance due to service renderd. I will pay more of service is good.
