Car claim

Good day I would like to lodge a complain against SAFire car insurance because on the 24th of September 2022 I was involved in car accident. Moreover, they wanted all necessary information to proceed with the claim and I provided them with such information. The quotations were done and the car was sent to Modern Collision Repair in Trichardt Mpumanga. The car stood there for 1 month and some days. The SAfire sent a toe truck to take the car to their storage without even informing me they say the storage is getting more expensive. I don't understand why they are not fixing the car since September now all repair companies will be closing on the 15 December latest this insurer is being unfair to me please help me out if possible this be sent to ombudsman
