Percy Percy Percy i wont forget him ever

A sales rep by the name of Percy Khumbuza gave such rude attitude.

On the 6th of February 2020, we called the company Safintra to request a quotation for 40 IBR Sheets and our call was directed to a sales rap by the name of Percy and he took our email to send the quotation. Friday morning we called again to let them know that we have not received the quote as requested and found that the email was incorrect and corrected it, we then got the quote. The same Friday 7th February 2020 @ 12:10 we made a direct deposit at Nedbank and sent him proof of payment as soon as i got to the office and got a reply from him saying thank you. I then told him what color we want but it was hard to tell the deference from the color table he sent so he then told me he will send samples and that will be easy. Monday Morning i then get the samples and call him and email him the color chosen and also making changes on the size of the sheets, got a new quote then paid the deference. Wednesday 12 February 2020 Percy calls me and lets me know that the order is ready and i then ask him they can deliver and he tells me yes and then tell him that i will call him back to confirm if we want them to deliver. I call my boss to ask him if we would need delivery then tell him the cost of delivery then he tells me we can pay for delivery to be made then i call Percy to let him know and he tells me to pay the delivery fee before 12:00 and he will arrange for delivery to be done. i then do as he requested then make the deposit at 09:47 and send him proof of payment, he sends the thank you email and i send him an email requesting that he please confirm the delivery for 13th February 2020 which he did not respond to. Things were going okay.

Yesterday around 11:00 i call his office to ask if delivery is on its way and he then lets me know that he called in the morning and there was no answer i then let him know that we were out on a meeting and i ask about the delivery and he tells me no the delivery is out and delivery will be made at 4pm and i advise him that our offices closes at 4pm and that he must please confirm if the drivers will deliver at 4pm then we will arrange for someone to be available then he says he will come back to me and i also send an email to ask that he please advise and confirm delivery and there was no response and around 3:50pm i call his office to check again then he says he cant locate the driver but let he try again and he will call me again in 5min, i wait for his call until 4:10 and call him again then now he puts someone else on the call guys name was Kamu and i tell him that i was waiting for Percy to get back to me and that i wont leave a message and i will hold. i was holding for another 20min on the phone then Percy answers and tells me there is a problem and that he cant help me i was already angry and was not going to lesten to his excuses when i have been calling and asking him this the hole day and he was not coming back to me and now he tells me of problems and doesnt have solutions on how he can help me. when i asked for solutions it was like i released the lion from the cage iyoooooooo. Percy was blaming me for not deciding on delivery at first hand and told me that he can not help and will not arrange for delivery to be made first thing today 14th February 2020 then i ask him how cause he is telling me he cant track the driver and he is practically telling me he doesnt know where his driver id and how can we wait for something we dont know is going to come. He refused to make a plan of even find a solution i then asked him if i can speak to someone above him who can assist me since he is not willing and he then continues to be rude and tells me i must tell him who i want to speak to and that he will gladly give who ever i want to speak to the phone i must just choose who!! Then he tells me ooh yeah here is the dispatch manager to speak to you bye bye. in a very rude tone i then speak to a guy and i asked him how he works with such rude and concomitant person did he hear how he spoke to me when he handed the phone? He then apologizes and says that Percy is not doing the right thing by taking to me like that and that he will also report him, He then explains that his driver had a drake down and that he will only make it to us around 6pm -past 6. I then tell him there wont be anyone at the office that time that he must please help and arrange for delivery to be done tomorrow morning 14th Feb then he told me that his driver is calling him can he take his call and tell him not to come to our offices then we ended the call.

14th Feb 2020 08:15 i called Safitra to speck to the dispatch manager and i an told he is not in as yet so i ask who i can speak to then i was made to hold for his assistant but the assistant was also not available, then i was put through to a guy by the name of Desmond and he told me that the delivery wont be make today and also asked that he please put me through Warik the sales manager and when i was not talking to Warik just before i could tell him the full story and how i wasn't his assistance he cuts me and tells me that can he call me back in a sec then i give my number he tells me again i will call you back just now and again no one is helping me he did not call be and when i called back at 08:40 the reception tells me he is not in his office and that he is out side and i left a message for him, after 10min i get a call from Percy and tells me that my delivery is out for delivery so i tell him that Percy i do not want to hear from you, you could not help me yesterday now you call me please email me what ever you want to say.

then i got an email from him and with no apology or what soever see email below from Percy
