PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

Once again now for the pass 3 weeks NOT 1 of my orders was correct-I HAD ENOUGH-I don't know why I bother to write this cause NO ONE cares-When you phone and want to speak to an MD then you not allowed to -Now I can understand why things s is going the way its going. Stock get missing in the warehouse, you get invoiced for stuff you NEVER ordered, or you get invoiced and then the stock is not even on the truck--What is the scariest part is that the TOP management just don't care-Maybe we us customers must take the further -maybe if we go the newspaper or take the legal route we might get this PATHETIC SERVICE sorted out. What upsets me the most , when you 2 or 3 days late with payment they very quick to phone although you always pay, but you guys don't go and sit and think why people is starting to do that!!!!!! I can tell you why, cause they pay the accounts they why they get there service from you guys. All I got to say is if this PATHETIC service and deliveries don't get sorted out I WILL take this up with higher authorities. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
