Payment query for deemed permanent staff

We work as a deemed permanent staff under Saffer plumbing and hardware,so the company is under business rescue practitioner and they decided to retrench all the staff.so as for per agreement between unions, company and non union members representative they stated that whatever happens to the permanent staff must also happen to deemed permanent staff.suprisingly they've paid permanent staff notice pay and deemed staff left behind,once more they were operating during lockdown level 5 knowing very much well that what they did was against the law.now they promised to pay permanent staff back pay and services but not paying deemed staff and even our union representative promised us all the benefits and is written in black and white
