i bought a puppy from piaterbestpuppybreeder and he said he was using safewayexpress for the courier. the courier company safewayexpress said the crate the dog was delivered in is not correct and i need to rent an electronic one for R500 and insurance off R16500 plus food and vacination totaling to the amount of R17250 off which they would refund me R16500 once the puppy arrives. After the money was paid they came with another certificate that is needed which would cost R9000 refundable when the ouppy is delivered. I said no cancel the deal and refund me my money, they then asked me for a copy of my id and banking details. the breeder contacted me again and said there is another document required which costs R1200, i said no and he said he would make sure that i do not get refunded. Up until know no refund. They just keep asking for money. i have opened a ***** case against them at the police
