Bad service or ******** behavoir?

<p>During February 2017 I my vehicle was entrusted to Safeway Valet Services in KZN while I was out of the country. On my return I found the vehicle with around R25000-00 damage. Coil was physically broken!!!, fuel pulse sensor blown, trip computer cleared to hide the abuse, powersteering pump burned, vehile's gearbox in sport mode, approximitely 1/2 a tank of fuel gone and afterwards found that the vehicle was towed to their stand. Child locks on the rear doors was activated. It seems that my vehicle was used as a means of transport while it was in their care. Being a very powerful vehicle it was most probally used for a bit of racing as well. Safeway submitted a claim to Outsurance which I believe was paid out. To this day I have not received any compensation because "business is very slow". The owner informed me that 3 persons was dismissed but this unfortunately does not solve my problem. I had to stay in Durban for a week, hire a car to get along, then hire a car to get back to Johannesburg and had to return to Durban to fetch my vehicle once it was driveable. Looking at some of the reviews on the internet, it seems that abuse of customers' vehicle's is quite common with the company.</p>
