Safeway Soft Serve ice cream machine

I’ve often been so happy with Safeway appliances, but then I bought the Safeway soft serve ice cream maker. It does not cool the mixture down enough to become soft serve unless the container is only half filled ie +-500ml of product. Then cooling container has warmed up too much to make a second batch. It doesn’t serve like soft serve, it drops out the tiny hole like little ****s. Overall very unhappy with the machine.
