SAFEWAY PTA BRANCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Actually cannot even give them one star, so pathetic is their service. My parcel got delayed because they could not track my address. I phoned JHB head office and they direct me to the PTA branch, customer services gave me the drivers number that apparently had the parcel, phone and whatsapp the driver did not respond, whatsapp him this morning and told me he his incapacitated and cannot work, he sent me another number of a Albert driver, which promise me that the parcel will be delivered today 5/5/22, still waiting and also no respond on calls nor whatsapp. Phoned the PTA branch since 8:00 this morning no answer, they eventually answered at 16:50, the lady listen to my story did not respond and put me through to another line that went over to voicemail. I have tried calling back until 17:00 with no answer. Why is this company still operating?
