SAFEWAY HEATER VERY DANGEROUS

I purchased a Safeway Heater from Game in Greenstone Mall sometime during May 2020. Not even a week later, the plastic in front of the heater, started melting away due to the heat. Not only that, there seems to be a problem, when adjusting the heat settings, you can see a spark inside. VERY SCARY!!!! Unfortunately I threw the slip and the box away, so I cannot return it to Game. I am very very disappointed and disgusted that Safeway can sell such a hazardous product. The heater was purchased for a toddlers room. What if it caught fire in the middle of the night or something??? SHOCKING SAFEWAY!!!!
