Unsafe Safeway Titan Car Chair

Good day, I have emailed safeway directly through there web page and I am yet to receive a response. I purchased a safeway titan for my daughter December 2012. In March 2013 I reported my issue (stitching on the side of the chair had all split, and the piece where the belt adjuster was had holes in it and my daughter only uses the chair once or twice a week) to baby city black heath who refused to exchange the Chair and said they will get the rep to contact me. I asked baby city continuously if they had gotten hold of the rep to contact me and apparently they had given him my number but refused to give me his number. Eventually in January 2015 I was contacted by the rep and was politely told that Safeway have no guarantee on there covers and its over a year already so I have no come back. I made a big stink and he eventually agreed to assess the chair and exchanged the seat. I have been trying to get hold of safeway for 2 months now as the polystyrene on the side of the car chair has cracked and keeps sliding down the chair. please bare in mind she only uses the chair max twice a week. I am now sitting with a chair that is unsafe and isn't even a year old. I am so angry right now
