No reply from Safeway

I phoned Safeway days ago because I have a simple part missing from my baby c****at. It is a pen that comes in the back and unfortunately it's useless without it.

We moved and it got lost. The instructed us to send an email and still no reply?

Am I supposed to now go spent another R1900 on a new c****at???

I can't drive anywhere!!!
