False advertising and selling poor quality baby items

Purchased a Safeway Xtreme Baby Car seat on the 10th March 2024, and only reclining options that worked were number 1 and 4 meaning that my baby either has to sit straight up or all the way back even though it has options from 1 through to 4. I returned it to the retailer and found out that all of these car seats are faulty. They had 5 in store, none where all of the reclining options worked. Also the clip on them is built to break. The only thing that's "Xtreme" about Safeway baby are seats are they they are "Xtremely" poor in quality and build. I would recommend that everyone stay clear of their baby products.
