Proficient in the art of how not to do business

My company reached out to them a couple of months ago and last month my MD and their Ops Manager (at the time, May 2025) had a meeting where she revealed she was not even the correct person to speak to regarding the matter, but would present the meeting points to the correct party. After receiving zero feedback, I called on behalf of my MD and was actively avoided and my emails ignored. This continued for some two weeks. In desperation, I called her cell and was told we'd hear from them, otherwise to assume it's a no, without specifying a time frame. In other words, they effectively wasted both mine and my boss's time. This is not how one conducts business. So to anyone out there looking to do business with this company, I would advise against it; they will likely waste your time.
