DONT SUPPORT SAFETY WALLET!!

Good day

I contacted safety wallet and for about 2 weeks didn't get a response from them. When i eventually got a response from them the so-called "sales consultant" told me they were trying to get hold of me which was a lie as the last correspondence from them was they need to do a virtual meeting. I am not set up for a virtual meeting and things went south. I contacted their manager and he told me that they are not willing to help me with a quote, nothing more nothing less, didn't even read the emails (?) didn't even bother to talk to me about the quote i need or how he can help (?) So i told him that he must please train his people on the proper conduct on how to do business as the "sales consultants" will make them loose clients. So to all the business consultants out there, please don't refer your clients to them they are not willing to go the extra mile and conclude a quote with you as you are not in a "virtual set-up" which i find pathetic and they are clearly not in need of business. This last stunt of them not "willing to help" and taking the word of a "sales consultant" (who **** by the way!!) above that of a customer is truly pathetic. I am not happy at all!! Please don't support Safety Wallet
