Terrible service and refusing to pay refund

I ordered an item when it arrived I immediately contacted Safety Supplies and explained it is not what I expected and confirmed I can return the item.

It was confirmed that the item was received on 1 July. I have not received any comunication regarding my refund and the manager's cellphone has been off for 3 days.
