NOT REFUNDING MONEY FOR GOODS UNABLE TO SUPPLY

In August 2013 I tried to order Laboratory Safety wear (Scrubs) from Safety Solutions Africa Cape Town. In October 2014 I was still trying to order and had very little response from this company, although they had told me that they do supply Scrubs. In February 2015, they finally sent me an invoice to pay before they would manufacture the order. This was for the amount of R20 883.83 which I paid into their account immediately. I never heard another word until I followed up a month later only to be told that they had no Lint Free fabric and there was none in the country. They promised it would come into stock in June 2015. in July I had still not heard anything more so I contacted Safety Solutions. They then told me they had found a supplier and that I should be very happy! I was sent two samples of scrubs which were not Lint Free. I contacted Safety Solutions and complained, to which I received no answer. I then asked them to cancel the order and to refund us our money back. In August I received the amount of R2 883.63 and a promise to pay it off. I have since then received R1000 on the 15th September and another R1000 on the 8th October. Since then I have had no payments.
