Not an Investment Opportunity!!

I reacted on the mentioned company's website to become part of the JV's as advertised with several non-existent promises.

The initial deal included an investment of R100K to have access to the following:

• Software to the value of R4M that do online audits, risk assessments and much more for a certain insurance broker. • Access to at-least two confirmed national contracts. One already signed and the other one to be implemented at the end of September 2017. • A Dept. of Labour exemption obtained in person from the business owner from the minister himself, needed for a certain industry.

What the JV actually included was:

• Access to a third party rented software system with no SHEQ functions. • The online audits are actually Excel spreadsheets and no sign of the risk assessments. • Beware: This rented system will cost you R450-00 / month, which was never mentioned. • The two national contracts are non-existent. • Until present, no Department of Labour exemption was produced as promised.

The investment is not worthwhile, stay away. Your initial investment of R100K will cost you R340K as per their attorney letter.
