Help me nail them

I worked for DW Koekemoer for 2years and 6 months in witch i was ****** and ill treated and threatend . We were 3 workers wu was retrenched and he promised us all our monies and benifits of witch we got nothng and we were onli paid a years UIF dnt knw what hapened to the other year and a halfs money . He then gave us an option to complete outstanding work that was not complete yet it took us 3 months to complete and we were told we wil get paid when the work is complete . That was from October 2017 till December 2017 i am stil waiting on payment what do i do now please help labour law is not helping and ccma is waisting my time.
