Fantastic Service

My steering was making a funny noise so I took my car to Paul who test drove it and said it was not the CV joints which is what I thought it may be. I then said perhaps it is my steering rack. Paul told me to bring my car in and they would check it out. Paul told me that it was the shock mountings that was causing the noise. I told him to go ahead and replace them. When I got there to pick my car up Paul said he had swopped the shock mountings around because they were not worn and he thought the noise was better but I must drive my car and see. He did not charge me at all for doing what he did. Sure enough my car was much better. I just want to say thank you for not ripping me off by just replacing the shock mountings, your honesty is greatly appreciated. I have always popped in to Safety Brake and Clutch if I am concerned about something with my car and they have had a look at my car and always given me an honest opinion and furthermore a correct diagnosis on my car, they are not there to just make money but to render a service to their customers. I will always go back to them and I highly recommend them and that goes for all the staff
