Unreliable service

We received the 2 watches for kids which we could not get to work. Sent them back in November 2016 through Pargo. The parcel has since been lost and Pargo and Safety Angels agreed to replace the item. I have been calling Marcus every 2 weeks since and sending emails atleast once a month but no response or no one answers.
