Service suck

<p>We bought a wrist watch for my son and one of the buttons stopped working. We contaced safety Angel and the first reply we got is (without them seeing the watch) - "our guarantee do not cover abuse". Our watch was not abused (got fotos of this) and so we had to post it to them at a cost of R100. Then Marius rep**** and said the button is now fixed, I must pay R185 before I can get my watch back (R110 for delivery and R75 for handling fee).</p> <p>So in effect it cost me R285 to repair a faulty watch that is still under guarantee. The customer service self is appauling. Now they have sent my watch to a courier place outside of my town at some petrol station where I will definitely not set foot.</p>
