****!!!!TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM SUPPLIER AND COURIER COMPANY THEY USE

<p>I ordered a device from Safety Angel. I wish I had read on Hello Peter first . I see they have shocking ratings for bad service. My experience with them has been a nightmare. It is over a month since I ordered my product!!!!! I tried calling, I tried to send emails . No one responds. They have just taken my money and never sent my product. Eventually I was emailed a sort email with just a tracking number and a phone number for the courier company.... However I keep calling this company and get told the parcel is here and there and here..Its been five days just calling with my tracking number still no parcel. I strongly advise against using Safety Angel and their courier company. I am pretty sure this is a **** as I have never heard of ordering a product online and waiting for weeks after they advertise 2-3 days delivery. </p>
