Product not working, pathetic service!

I bought 2 watches from these people. It took many emails and follow up calls to figure stuff out. The APp is not working, and I could not track the child down as sold to me. The GPS point were never closer than 1km away from the child. The second watch never worked up till today. Brand new and broken. After many threats, mails, calls, etc - we were promised that this will be returned... They will send a courier etc etc. Today after almost 2 years, we still wait for feedback, a new watch, the other watch now also failed to work and this rather expensive safety watch turned out to be a waste of money, a frustration, bad service from it seems to be a one man band..... I have all the email correspondence available - email from Marcus 9/29/17 Good Afternoon Oscar We will have the watch collected next week and it will be replaced with the new updated watch free of charge.
