I paid for the child locator watch on the 23rd of June emailed the Rica Documentation on the 25th of June. 30 June I e-mailed Safety Angel to ask when the delivery will be - I paid R118.00 extra for 2-3 days delivery they just e-mailed a mail - Shipped - and since then I had no communication from them. Phone goes to voice mail call *** with message if it is urgent email us. Nobody answer the phone, nobody reply to e-mail or comment on their face book. This is not a R150 watch and if you are doing business like this I will surely tell all my friends on Facebook to avoid doing business with you. I want my money back please refund me I will rather go with a cheaper product - My buddy tag - because I just asked them about the product and when they did not hear from me again they actually contacted me to ask if I am still interested - you are as dead as the dead after you receive my money now I am not a customer just a nagging person.
