Horrible Service

<p>I have purchased two tracking devices via the Safety Angel website.</p> <p> </p> <p>One of them kept shutting down after a short while, it was returned for repairs. However, since the watch was returned I have not had any feedback or response from the company. It has been more than two months already, and I have been struggling to contact the company for the past two months just to get an update on the repair. They are ignoring my numerous e-mails and phone calls unable to connect. Only able to leave a voice mail, which is also ignored.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are still in possession of my property and I am not even sure if this company still operates.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please do not purchase Safety Angel tracking units - also operating under DIY Track!! There is absolutely no after service and now I have suffered a loss as I paid for a product I no longer have.</p>
