Faulty product. Awful service.

I clearly should have checked on here before ordering with this company. As with other purchasers, I ordered a two bracelet water alarm. Only one bracelet arrived. I was told this would be rectified. It never was. I set up the alarm as described in the instructions and whilst the alarm did go off when the bracelet got wet, it also went off every few minutes whatever my son was doing. The alarm is also designed to go off when the child is out of range but my son was sitting metres away and the alarm would still go off for no reason. I followed the instructions to set the alarm on the maximum distance setting several times but it never made a difference. I asked repeatedly for the company to explain how to return the item and the kept sending me the settings of how to reset the distance. Eventually they explained how to return it. They have repeatedly promised to organise a refund but have not done so. I am hoping that this will encourage them to organise the refund immediately & I will update this review accordingly. Avoid this company.
