We received very disappointing ************* service from this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

We made an appointment with Safety 1st Security to reprogram all the Gate Motors at our complex. We are 11 Units, situated in Pretoria, and had to arrange with all the residence to be available at that time. Even though we confirmed the appointment the day before, they did not pitch up. We contacted the person the appointment was made with, and was told that he cannot help us because he is at a birthday party. He gave us the number for the technician to follow up with him ourselves. This is extremely unprofessional! We contacted the technician (who was already 40min late at that time) and he said that he was still in Boksburg busy on a different job. We cancelled the job after that.
