Terrible after sales service

Terrible after sales service - conned me into getting a second battery for my security beam plus a charging unit and neither work - when I called to get it sorted out he was extremely rude and tried to make out that I was rude when all I was doing was trying to get a date that he would sort out the problem. I have now handed the matter over to my attorneys - don't use this company - they are one of the worst I have used.
