Bad Service

<p>Our company gate motor was ******. We received a price and accepted it. </p> <p> </p> <p>The person's we dealt with was Quintin and Chris. In the beginning they were very friendly. Accepted our proof of payment and did the installation. After the job was done, we noticed that the gate did not operate properly. We have trucks moving through our gate and they miss it every time with a centimeter. We called both, Quintin and Chris, serveral times and requested that they can please come and fix it, but not one of them wanted to take the responsibility to come and fix the gate. </p> <p> </p> <p>Quintin said, as the banking details for Chris reflected on the invoice that we should contact him. Chris said we should contact Quinting. Chris actually got very rude and just refused to assist. Quintin just kept saying it is not his problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>We ended up getting our own people to fix the motor problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>This company has no after sales service. I will never do business with them again.</p>
