SafePro protective clothing worst customer service ever

https://www.safepro.co.za/ sells protective clothing and puffer jackets for women. I made the mistake of ordering one on 12 July for the winter. Time passed. I called their switchboard, was transferred to multiple people and nothing. Then the owner, Gurshan phones and apologised, saying my jacket will be ready on 25 October. Now it is 21 November and still nothing. I was told Liam would get back to me, yet nothing. I have requested a refund and also nothing. I would never do business with this company again. They take your money and never to be heard from again.
