How difficult is it to do business with this company. It seems in today's economic climate, they're doing so well, they don't need any new business. Firstly, you struggle to get through on the phone and when they do answer, you get the feeling they would rather not be speaking with you. Getting info is like pulling teeth. I then emailed them.
